Rates

Prices are per day and per apartment. City taxes are included.

Booking Terms & Conditions

• Non-refundable rate

Prepayment is required. You will be charged 100% of the total cost at booking. You will be charged 100% of the amount if you cancel at any time.

• Refundable rate

Prepayment is required. You will be charged 100% of the total cost at booking. You may cancel free of charge up to the seventh day prior to arrival. If you cancel after the seventh day prior to arrival, no refund of the amount already paid will be made.

Housekeeping

• Imputed cost for cleaning service € 150,00 for Bifora65 apartments.

• Imputed cost for cleaning service € 250,00 for Ratafià apartment.

• Extra cleaning service “on demand”: € 60,00 per day. The extra cleaning service is optional at the time of booking and includes two hours of cleaning per day for as many days as you wish.
